Congratulations to our 2025 recipient of the John Ebert Excellence in Leadership and Initiative Award, Crystal Swym

We are pleased to announce that Crystal Swym has been chosen as the recipient of the 2025 John Ebert Excellence in Leadership and Initiative Award! Crystal serves as the Office Manager in Kinsman, OH. She has been with Eastern Natural Gas and Utility Pipeline since December of 1993. Crystal displays extreme leadership, commitment and dedication and has devoted nearly 32 years of her life to the company. Crystal is a go-to person for many people at UPL and is a key part of our operations, compliance, billing, and customer service teams. She goes above and beyond to help her coworkers when needed. Crystal is quick to offer help, always follows through, and is very supportive. Crystal does a great job of taking care of those in her charge and she is willing to work with any employee to help make their job easier and more efficient. Organization is one of her best attributes. Crystal is a great problem solver and communicator. Her dedication to her job, to UPL, and her accuracy and care of her work is something everyone should aspire to have and to be. Crystal takes initiative on many technical tasks surrounding meter reading and puts an emphasis on timeliness and accuracy. She is constantly working to improve processes and share the knowledge she has. We look forward to the value that Crystal will continue to bring to UPL for years to come. You have improved and enhanced UPL in more ways than you know.
