Co-op Gas vs. Utility Affiliates in Natural Gas Distribution

What's the difference between our co-op and utility affiliates? Whereas the Public Utilities Commission governs the rates for utility affiliates, the co-ops govern their own rates and are capable of making advanced gas purchasing decisions. Fully regulated by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) for pipeline safety, each co-op gas board is also comprised of elected co-op customers.

Serving Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia, Utility Pipeline, LTD co-ops and utility affiliates are dedicated to saving you money on energy costs with safe, reliable natural gas service.
