Valley Rural Utility Company, located in Lawrenceburg, Indiana entered into an agreement with Utility Pipeline Ltd to construct a new gas distribution system in their community. Homeowners in the Hidden Valley Lake community were seeking a contractor to provide them with the benefits of utilizing natural gas within their homes. In May of 2001 UPL began construction on a new distribution system with 165,000 feet of piping to meet the demands of those in the community.
Utility Pipeline Ltd has remained VRUC’s primary contractor since 2011. Since that time VRUC’s has expand throughout Hidden Valley Lake to provide service to over 400 households with natural gas service as efficient and cost effective as possible. VRUC continues to work diligently to provide safe reliable natural gas service to its members as inexpensively as possible.
